1. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات | Data Retention Period

نحتفظ بمعلوماتك الشخصية طالما كان حسابك نشطاً في تطبيق دار الخير.

البيانات الأساسية | Basic Data

• معلومات الحساب (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف): طوال فترة نشاط الحساب
  Account information (name, email, phone): Duration of account activity
• الصور والملفات: طوال فترة نشاط الحساب
  Photos and files: Duration of account activity
• سجلات الأنشطة: طوال فترة نشاط الحساب
  Activity logs: Duration of account activity

البيانات المؤقتة | Temporary Data

• سجلات الاستخدام: 12 شهراً
  Usage logs: 12 months
• بيانات التحليلات: 24 شهراً
  Analytics data: 24 months
• المحادثات: طوال فترة نشاط الحساب
  Conversations: Duration of account activity

2. حذف الحساب والبيانات | Account and Data Deletion

عند طلب حذف حسابك:

• يتم حذف جميع بياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً
  All your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
• يتم حذف جميع المحادثات والرسائل
  All conversations and messages will be deleted
• يتم حذف جميع الصور والملفات من Firebase Storage
  All photos and files will be deleted from Firebase Storage
• قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات المجهولة للأغراض القانونية أو الأمنية
  We may retain some anonymized records for legal or security purposes
