كيف يمكنني تحميل التطبيق؟ | How can I download the app?
التطبيق متاح حالياً على Google Play Store لأجهزة Android. قريباً سيكون متاحاً على App Store لأجهزة iOS.
The app is currently available on Google Play Store for Android devices. It will soon be available on the App Store for iOS devices.
كيف يمكنني التسجيل كمتطوع؟ | How can I register as a volunteer?
بعد تحميل التطبيق، قم بإنشاء حساب واختر "متطوع" كنوع الحساب. ستتمكن من تصفح الأنشطة والتسجيل فيها مباشرة.
After downloading the app, create an account and select "Volunteer" as the account type. You'll be able to browse and register for activities directly.
كيف يمكن للجمعيات التسجيل في التطبيق؟ | How can associations register in the app?
يمكن للجمعيات التسجيل عبر اختيار "جمعية خيرية" عند إنشاء الحساب. ستحتاج إلى تقديم وثائق التعريف والاعتماد.
Associations can register by selecting "Charitable Association" when creating an account. You'll need to provide identification and accreditation documents.
هل التطبيق مجاني؟ | Is the app free?
نعم، تطبيق دار الخير مجاني بالكامل للمتطوعين والمتبرعين والجمعيات الخيرية.
Yes, the Darlkhir app is completely free for volunteers, donors, and charitable associations.
كيف يمكنني حذف حسابي؟ | How can I delete my account?
يمكنك حذف حسابك من "الإعدادات" > "حذف الحساب" أو بالتواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني. لمزيد من المعلومات، راجع سياسة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات.
You can delete your account from "Settings" > "Delete Account" or by contacting us via email. For more information, see our Data Retention Policy.
لم أستلم إشعارات من التطبيق؟ | I'm not receiving notifications from the app?
تأكد من تفعيل الإشعارات في إعدادات التطبيق وإعدادات جهازك. إذا استمرت المشكلة، تواصل معنا.
Make sure notifications are enabled in the app settings and your device settings. If the problem persists, contact us.
